Important Dates for BSF SI ASI Recruitment 2024:

Education Qualification:
- SI (Staff Nurse): 10+2 or Equivalent
Degree/ Diploma in General Nursing Programme.
Registration as a General Nurse and Midwife with the Central or State Nursing Council. - ASI (Lab Technician): 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized central or state Government institution. - ASI (Physiotherapist): 10+2 with science or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
Degree or Diploma in physiotherapy from a recognized central or state Government institution.
Age Limit(as on 17-06-2024):
- SI (Staff Nurse): Min. 21 years and Max. 30 years
- ASI (Lab Technician): Min. 18 years and Max. 25 years
- ASI (Physiotherapist): Min. 20 years and Max. 27 years (Check the official notification below for the age relaxation).
Selection Procedure:
- Selection is based on Phase 1: Written Examination and Phase 2: Written Examination (Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test, Documentation & Medical Examination0.
Application Fee:
- Candidates have to pay Rs. 200/- for the post of SI (Staff Nurse) and to pay Rs. 100/- for the Group ‘C’ posts as an examination fee + Rs. 47.20 as a service charge.
- For SC/ST/ BSF serving personnel/ Ex-serviceman/ Women candidates are exempted from the examination fee.
