TNPSC Group 4 Recruitment Details, Exam Pattern, and Syllabus 2024:

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts the Group 4 exam annually to recruit candidates for various posts such as Village Administrative Officer, Junior Assistant, Typist, Steno-Typist, Field Surveyor, Draftsman, etc. The TNPSC Group 4 exam 2024 is expected to be held in June 2024. The selection process for the Group 4 exam consists of a single-stage written examination followed by document verification. The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for the document verification and the final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written examination. TNPSC Group 4 Exam Pattern 2024:

The TNPSC Group 4 exam pattern 2024 is given below:

  • The exam will be conducted in offline mode (OMR-based).
  • The exam will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions.
  • The total marks for the exam are 300.
  • The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
  • The exam will be bilingual, i.e., questions will be asked in both English and Tamil languages.
  • The exam will cover three subjects: General Studies, Aptitude and Mental Ability Test, and Tamil Eligibility-cum-Scoring Test.
  • The candidates have to score a minimum qualification mark in Part A.

TNPSC Group IV General Studies (SSLC Standard) Syllabus 2024:
