Tamil Nadu School Half Yearly Examination Schedule 2023 and Half Yearly Leave:

The Department of School Education of Tamil Nadu has released the timetable for the half-yearly examination for the students of classes 6 to 12 for the academic year 2023-24. The half-yearly examination is an important assessment of the student’s academic performance and preparation for the final board examination. The half-yearly examination will be conducted in December 2023, and the students will get a holiday break after the examination. Class 11th and 12th Half Early Examination Time Table 2023:

The half-yearly examination for the students of classes 11 and 12 will be conducted between December 7 and December 22, 2023. Half Early examination for the language paper will be held on December 7 postponed to December 14, followed by the optional language paper on December 8 postponed to December 20 due to the Michaung cyclone. The examination for English language papers will be held on December 9. The examination for the core subjects will be held from December 11 to December 22, 2023, depending on the stream and the subject combination of the students. Half-yearly examination timings for the class 11 and 12 students will be from 10:00 AM to 12:45 PM.

Class 6th to 10th Half Early Examination Time Table 2023:

The half-yearly examination for the students of classes 6 to 10 will be held between December 11 and December 21, 2023. The examination for the language paper will be held on December 11, followed by the optional language paper on December 12. The examination for English language papers will be held on December 13. Science will be held on December 15 and the examination for Mathematics will be held on December 18, 2023. Social Science will be held on December 20 and the examination for Physical Education will be held on December 21, 2023. Half-yearly examination timings for the class 6 to 10 students will be from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

The students will get a holiday break after the completion of the half-yearly examination. The holiday break for the students of classes 1 to 3 will be from December 22, 2023, to January 2, 2024.
