Education Qualification:
- Management Trainee (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil/ Fire & Safety/ IT/Materials): Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.Tech./ B.E./ B.Sc. Engg.) in a relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates) from AICTE/ UGC approved institutions OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering from Government recognized institute.
- Management Trainee (Chemical Lab): Full-Time Regular M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Inorganic Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Physical Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry with minimum 60 % marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Departmental candidates).
- MT (HR): Full-time regular MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma (PGDM/ PGDBM)/integrated MBA, from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE with specialization in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development/ /Human Resource Development & Management/ Labour Laws & Personnel Management.
Age Limit (as of 31-05-2024):
- Min. 18 years and Max. 27 years (Check the official notification below for age relaxation).
Selection Procedure:
- Selection is based on Educational Qualification, OMR-Based Examination, and Personal Interview.
Application Fee:
- General, OBC and EWS category candidates must pay Rs.700/- as a non-refundable application fee plus applicable bank charges.
- SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ExSM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
