i).  India and Bangladesh have signed an MOU for training 1800 Bangladesh Civil Servants at the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG) an institute under the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DAR&PG), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Govt. of India, over the next 6 years. The MOU was signed between the NCGG and the Ministry of Public Administration, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh during the visit of the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh.

ii).  The 13th Conference of Parties (COP) of the Convention on the conservation of migratory species of wild animals (CMS), an environmental treaty under the aegis of United Nations Environment Programme, is going to be hosted by India during 15th to 22nd February 2020 at Gandhinagar in Gujarat. Representatives from 129 Parties and eminent conservationists and international NGOs working in the field of wildlife conservation are expected to attend the COP.

iii). The State Government of Jammu and Kashmir issued a notification of creation of Ladakh as 3rd Division in the state. Divisional status would facilitate this region in a great way to progress. Routine administrative clearances for Leh and Kargil can be obtained at Divisional headquarters in Leh. Apart from that, the new Division also brings opportunities for employment of different levels in various departments for the locals.

iv). Union Minister of Textiles Smriti Irani launched the India Size project in Mumbai. A first-of-its-kind project in the history of the country, India Size aims to arrive at a standard Indian Size for the ready-to-wear clothing industry, on the lines of the standardized sizes available in countries such as the USA and the UK.

v). Union Minister of State for Tourism KJ Alphons and Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal inaugurated the 2nd ASEAN-India Youth Summit at Hotel Taj Vivanta in Guwahati. Over 100 youth delegates from Vietnam, Laos, Brunei, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia took part in the summit tag-lined Connectivity: Pathway to Shared Prosperity, organised by India Foundation and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.

vi). The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) announced that it has signed a pact with Invest India to promote foreign investments in the country and Indian investments abroad. The MoU was signed by ICAI President Naveen N D Gupta and Invest India MD and CEO Deepak Bagla. The objective of the MoU is to provide necessary guidance and advice to the potential inbound and outbound investors and promote India as an investment-friendly destination.

i). இந்தியா மற்றும் பங்களாதேஷ் 1800 பங்களாதேஷ் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கான நல்வாழ்வு மையம் (NCGG), நிர்வாக சீர்திருத்த திணைக்களம் மற்றும் பொது குறைபாடுகள் (DAR & PG), ஊழியர், பொதுமக்கள் குறைபாடுகள் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதிய அமைச்சு, அரசாங்கத்தின் கீழ் ஒரு நிறுவனம் இந்தியாவில் அடுத்த 6 ஆண்டுக்கு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது. பங்களாதேஷ் வெளியுறவு அமைச்சர் பங்களாதேஷ் பொதுச்செயலாளரின் பொது நிர்வாக அமைச்சுக்கும் இடையே ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.

ii). ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின் சுற்றுச்சூழல் நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஒரு சுற்றுச்சூழல் உடன்படிக்கை, வன விலங்குகளின் புலம்பெயர்ந்த இனங்கள் (CMS) பாதுகாப்பதற்கான மாநாட்டின் 13 வது மாநாடு (COP), 15 to 20 முதல் 2020 பிப்ரவரி வரை குஜராத்தில் காந்திநகரிள் நடைபெறும். வனசீவராசிகள் பாதுகாப்பு துறையில் 129 கட்சிகள் மற்றும் சிறந்த பாதுகாவலர்கள் மற்றும் சர்வதேச அரச சார்பற்ற நிறுவனங்கள் ஆகியவற்றின் பிரதிநிதிகள் COP க்கு வருவார்கள் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

iii). ஜம்மு மற்றும் காஷ்மீர் மாநில அரசு லடாக் மாநிலத்தை 3 வது பிரிவுகளாக உருவாக்க அறிவித்தது. பிராந்திய நிலை முன்னேற்றம் செய்ய ஒரு சிறந்த வழியாக இந்த பிராந்தியத்தை எளிதாக்கும். லே மற்றும் கார்கில் ஆகியவற்றுக்கான வழக்கமான நிர்வாக அனுமதிகள் லேவில் உள்ள பிரதேச தலைமையகத்தில் பெறப்படலாம். இது தவிர, உள்ளூர் பிரிவு பல்வேறு துறைகளில் பல்வேறு மட்டங்களில் வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கான வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்குகிறது.

iv). ஜவுளித் துறை அமைச்சர் ஸ்மிரிதி ஈரானி மும்பையில் உள்ள இந்திய அளவு திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்கினார். நாட்டின் வரலாற்றில் முதன்மையான ஒரு வகையான திட்டம், இந்தியா அளவு அமெரிக்கா மற்றும் இங்கிலாந்து போன்ற நாடுகளில் தரப்படுத்தப்பட்ட அளவிலான அளவுகள் வரிசையில், தயாராக-க்கு-அணியும் ஆடை தொழில் ஒரு நிலையான இந்திய அளவுக்கு வருவதை நோக்கமாக கொண்டுள்ளது.

v). கே.ஜே. அல்பன்ஸ் மற்றும் அசாம் முதலமைச்சர் சர்பானந்த சோனுவால் ஆகியோர் கௌஹாத்தியிலுள்ள ஹோட்டல் தாஜ் விவாந்தாவில் இரண்டாம் ஆசியான்-இந்திய இளைஞர் மாநாட்டைத் துவக்கினர். வியட்னாம், லாவோஸ், புரூனி, பிலிப்பைன்ஸ், மலேசியா, சிங்கப்பூர், கம்போடியா, தாய்லாந்து, மியான்மார் மற்றும் இந்தோனேசியா ஆகிய நாடுகளிலிருந்து 100 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட இளையோர் பிரதிநிதிகள் இந்த உச்சி மாநாட்டில் பங்கேற்றனர். இந்திய அறக்கட்டளை மற்றும் வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகத்தால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்படும் பரஸ்பரத் தன்மைக்கு பாதை, இந்திய அரசு.

vi). அந்நிய முதலீட்டை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்காக முதலீட்டு இந்தியாவுடன் ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்திட்டுள்ளது. வெளிநாடுகளில் முதலீடு செய்ய இந்திய முதலீட்டு நிறுவனங்கள் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்து கொண்டுள்ளன.
