- Credit Analyst MMG/S-II: Graduation (in any discipline) and CA
- Credit Analyst MMG/S-III: Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in Finance

CA / CMA / CS / CFA - Relationship Manager: Mandatory- Graduation (in any discipline) and Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma with Specialization in Finance (Min 1 Year course)
Preferred – CA/CFA/CS/CMA - Senior Manager-Business Finance: Graduation (in any discipline) & Chartered Accountant OR PostGraduation Degree/ Diploma in Finance
- Chief Manager-Internal Controls: Graduation (in any discipline) & Chartered Accountant by qualification

Selection Procedure:
- Selection is based on the Online Test, Psychometric Test, and Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI).
