Important Dates for AIESL Aircraft Technician Southern Region Recruitment 2023:

• Walk-in date for interview: 14th, 17th, and 20th March 2023.

Education Qualification:

• Aircraft Technician (B1) AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 Or 03 years) in Mechanical stream from Institutions approved by DGCA under Rule 133B with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Candidates from DGCA-approved AME Training Institutes who are eligible, as per the current list.
  OR
  Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent recognized by Central/ State Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• Skilled Plant Technician (Mechanical/ Electrical)
  Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ or equivalent recognized by Central/State Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
  Or
  Matric/SSC/SSLC passed (with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and on completion of any one of the following:
  a) ITI Certificate in Mechanical/Air-conditioning/Electrical/ Electronics/ Radio/ Telecommunication / Instrumentation with a pass in the trade test conducted by DGET.
  b) For Ex-servicemen: Group I and/or II in the relevant trade in the Industry, conducted by Indian Air Force/Army/Navy
• Aircraft Technicians (B2)
  Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 Or 03 years) in Avionics stream from Institutions approved by DGCA under Rule 133B with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
  Or
  Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent recognized by Central/State Government with 60% marks/ equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• Skilled Technician (Painter):
  Matric/SSC/SSLC passed (with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates) and on completion of any one of the following:
  a) ITI Certificate in Industrial Painter with a pass in the trade test conducted by DGET.
  b) For Ex-servicemen Group I and/or II in the relevant trade in the Industry, conducted by Indian Air Force/Army/Navy

Age limit(as of 01-03-2023):

• Max. 35 years (Check the Official notification below for age relaxation).

Selection Procedure:

• Selection is based on Skill Test/Interview.

Application Fee:

• For General and OBC Candidates have to pay a Non-refundable application and processing Fee of INR 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) online.
• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates have to pay a Non-refundable application and processing Fee of INR 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)
