The Government of Tamil Nadu has given an application form for admission to MBBS / BDS Degree Courses
2021-2022 session in Tamil Nadu Government Medical / Dental Colleges, Government seats. The government of Tamil Nadu has announced a new application for 8,000 seats(approx). As per the latest Government notification, Tamil Nadu NEET has announced both Management and Government quota seats.

Eligibility Criteria for Tamil Nadu MBBS 2022
General eligibility criteria for Tamilnadu Medical College Admission 2022,
- Candidates should be of Indian Citizenship.

Candidates who have studied Class 6 to 12 from schools situated in Tamil Nadu or partly or completely from other states will be required to submit their parent’s birth certificates, ration cards, and class 10 or 12 certificates as proof of domicile.
- Other State candidates who live in Tamil Nadu can apply for Tamil Nadu Medical admission 2022 under the open category.
- The candidates, who are natives of other States, studied their schooling from VI to XII in other
States are ineligible to apply for MBBS/BDS course
Age limit for MBBS/BDS admission
- As per the notification, the Candidates should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or
should complete 17 years on or before 31st December of this year 2021.
Academic Qualification
- For the general category, students must pass class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks.
- The SC/ST/OBC and PH categories need 40% and 45% marks respectively in the class 12 examination.
