Important Dates for SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Examination 2023:

• Dates for submission of online applications: 02.08.2023 to 23.08.2023
• Last date and time for receipt of online applications: 23.08.2023 (2300 hours)
• Last date and time for making online fee payment: 23.08.2023 (2300 hours)
• Date of ‘Window for Application Form Correction’ and online payment of Correction Charges: 24.08.2023 to 25.08.2023 (2300 hours)
• Schedule of Computer-Based Examination: October 2023

Education Qualification:

• Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Age Limit(as on 01-08-2022):

• Stenographer Grade ‘C’: Min. 18 years and Max. 30 years
  i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2005 are eligible to apply.
• Stenographer Grade ‘D’: Min. 18 years and Max. 27 years
  i.e., Candidates born not before 02.08.1996 and not later than 01.08.2005 are eligible to apply. (check the official notification below for age relaxation).

Selection Procedure:

• Selection is based on Computer Based Examination, Skill Test, and Document Verification.

Application Fee:

• General/OBC candidates have to pay Rs 100/- (Rs. one hundred only) as an application fee.
• Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment of a fee.
