Education Qualification:

• Technician–Gr. A (Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Welder/ Mechanical/ Fitter): 10th Class Pass (Secondary / Matric) of a recognized Board and ITI course in relevant trade approved by the National Council for Vocational Training or equivalent from recognized Institutions.
  Basic knowledge of computers.
• Scientific Assistant-Gr.A (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication) and Scientific Assistant-Gr. B/ Technical Officer: Three (03) years Diploma in a relevant field (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.
  Basic knowledge of computers.
• Scientific Assistant-Gr.A (Life Sciences): First Class B.Sc. Degree in Zoology (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.
  Basic knowledge of computers.

Age Limit(as 0n 11-03-2024):

• Technician Grade – A: Max. 25 years
• Scientific Assistant – Gr. A: Max. 28 years
• Scientific Assistant – Gr. B/ Technical Officer: Max. 35 years(Check the official notification below for age relaxation).

Selection Procedure:

Selection is based on

• Technician–Gr. A (Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Welder/ Mechanical/ Fitter): through Trade / Written Test and Skill Test.
• Scientific Assistant-Gr.A (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication/ Life Sciences) and Scientific Assistant-Gr. B/ Technical Officer: through Written Test and Skill Test.
