Education Qualification:

• Customer Service Associate (CSA): Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation examination in any of the recognized streams from a recognized university/ Institute, to the satisfaction of the Bank. Proficiency in Computer Skills and knowledge of Hindi & English languages will be preferred.
• Probationary Officer in Grade/Scale-I: Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post
  Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in the Graduation/Post-Graduation Examination in
  any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification, recognized as such by the Central Government.
• IT Officer in Grade Scale-I: Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Cyber Security/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.

  Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics &

• Manager-Information Technology (IT)/ Manager- Risk in Grade/Scale-I: Min. 25 years and Max. 35 years.

Selection Procedure:

• Selection is based on the Online Written Test and Interview.
