Education Qualification:
- Assistant Manager (Metallurgy): Should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in Metallurgy/ Material Science Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical): Should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Production Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Electrical): Should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Refractory Maintenance): Should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in Ceramic Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (IT – Network Administrator): Should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Materials Management): Should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./ B.Tech and MBA, preferably in Materials Management/ PG Diploma in Materials Management. A degree in Law is preferred.
Age Limit (as on 10-09-2025):

Selection Procedure:
- Selection is based on Educational Qualification, Experience, and an Interview (a written test may also be conducted in cases of a larger number of applicants).
