Education Qualification:

• Deputy General Manager (Projects & Operations): Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
• Assistant General Manager (Ship Building & Ship Repair): Degree in Mechanical/ Naval Architecture/ Electrical/ Marine Engineering with a minimum of 60 % marks from a recognized University.
• Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanica Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
• Deputy Manager (Estate & Administration): Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 60% marks.
  OR
  Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Management (Two years) with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Deputy Manager (Finance): Degree from a recognized University and pass the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
  Deputy Manager (Safety): A degree from a recognized University or its equivalent in any
  branch of engineering or technology with two years of experience in a position of supervision or management in a factory in either the production or maintenance or safety department, OR
  A degree of a recognized University in Physics and Chemistry with five years of experience in a position of supervision, or management in a factory in either the production or the
  maintenance or the safety department, OR
  A diploma in any branch of engineering or technology recognized by the State Government with five years of experience in a position of supervision or management in a factory in either the production or the maintenance or the safety department;

Age Limit(as on 24-10-2024):

• Deputy General Manager (Projects & Operations): Max. 52 years
• Assistant General Manager (Ship Building & Ship Repair): Max. 50 years
• Manager (Mechanical): Max. 40 years
• Deputy Manager (Estate & Administration/ Finance/ Safety): Max. 35 years

• Selection is based on Work Experience, PowerPoint Presentation on work experience, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
