Education Qualification:
- Junior Engineers Gr. II (Mech./ Elec./ C&I/ Civil/ Comm.): 3 (three) years full-time Diploma in Engineering/ Technology in a relevant field from any recognized College/ Institute approved by AICTE/ appropriate statutory authority with not less than 65% marks (General/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS)/ 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD) taking average of all the semesters, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/ year by the Institute/ University.
- Mine Surveyor: Matriculation with not less than 65% marks (General/ OBC(NCL)/EWS)/ 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD) and Surveyor’s certificate of competency issued by DGMS.
OR
Diploma in Mining/Mining Surveying/Mining & Mine Surveying with not less than 65% marks (General/ OBC(NCL)/EWS) / 60% marks (SC/ST/PwBD) from any recognized College/ Institute approved by AICTE/appropriate statutory authority and Surveyors’ certificate of competency issued by DGMS.
Age Limit(as on 04-07-2024):
- Junior Engineers Gr. II (Mech./ Elec./ C&I/ Civil/ Comm.): Min. 18 years and Max. 28 years
- Mine Surveyor: Min. 18 years and Max. 30 years (check the official notification below for age relaxation).
Selection Procedure:
- Selection is based on Computer-Based Test and Document Verification.
Application Fee:
- General/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS categories must pay a Non-refundable Application Fee of Rs 300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only).
- SC/ ST/ PWBD/ Ex-SM categories & DVC Departmental Candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
