Job Location: CSL, Kochi/ CMSRU, Mumbai/ CKSRU, Kolkata/ CANSRU, A&N Islands.

Important Dates for CSL Executive Trainees Recruitment 2025:

• Starting date for Online Submission of Application: 24-09-2025.
• The last date for Online Submission of the Application is 15-10-2025.

Education Qualification:

• Executive Trainee (Company Secretary): Company Secretary a) Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI); OR
  b) Pass in the CS Professional Programme conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and completed at least 10 months (out of 21 months) of long-term practical training under the ICSI Training Guidelines. The candidate should obtain Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) within 15 months from the date of joining the post.
• Executive Trainee (Electronics): Degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• Executive Trainee (Naval Architecture): Degree in Naval Architecture with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Age Limit(as on 15-10-2025):

• Max. 27 years. i.e., applicants should be born on or after 16 October 1998. (Check the official notification below for age relaxation.)

Selection Procedure:

• Selection is based on Phase I – Objective Type Test and Phase II – Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills, and Personal Interview.

Application Fee:

• Candidates must pay an Application fee of ₹750/- (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) through the Online payment options (Debit card/ Credit card/ Internet Banking).
• Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ PwBD category candidates are exempted from the fee payment.
