Education Qualification:

• Executive Trainee (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• Executive Trainee (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• Executive Trainee (Electronics): Degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• Executive Trainee (Naval Architecture): Degree in Naval Architecture with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• Executive Trainee (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
• Executive Trainee (IT):
  a) Degree in Engineering in Computer Science with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR
  b) Degree in Engineering in Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR
  c) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university.
• Human Resource: (a) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR
  (b) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR
  (c) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
• Finance: Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Age Limit(as on 06-01-2025):

• Max. 27 years. i.e. applicants should be born on or after 07 January 1998.
