Education Qualification:

• Junior Hindi Translator:  Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; (or)
  Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; (and)
  Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years” experience of in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Offices, including the Government of India Undertaking.
• Social Security Assistant (SSA): Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
  A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer.

Age Limit:

• Junior Hindi Translator: Min. 18 years and Max. 30 years
• Social Security Assistant (SSA): Min. 18 years and Max. 27 years(Check the official notification below for age relaxation).

Selection Procedure:

• Selection is based on the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Group B & C Selected list.
