Vice President of India:
The Vice President of India is the second-highest rank in the constitutional office, the Government of India. The Vice President of India is the ex-officio chairperson of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament of India. There are 13 vice presidents from 1950 till the present. The first vice president of India, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, took office on 13 May 1952 and later served as the president. Followed by, Zakir Husain is the second vice president of India from 13 May 1962 – 12 May 1967. Currently, Venkaiah Naidu (11 August 2017) becomes the 13th vice president of India.
