Education Qualification:
- Court Master (Shorthand): A Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
– Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 120 w.p.m.
– Knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m.’ - Senior Personal Assistant: Degree from a recognized University.
– Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 w.p.m.
– Knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m - Personal Assistant: Degree from a recognized University.
– Proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 100 w.p.m.
– Knowledge of Computer Operation with a typing speed of 40 w.p.m
Age Limit:
- Court Master (Shorthand): Min. 30 years & Max. 45 years
- Senior Personal Assistant: Min. 18 years & Max. 30 years

Selection Procedure:
- Selection is based on Phase I: Typing Speed Test on Computer, Phase II: Shorthand (English) Test, Phase III: Written Test, and Phase IV: Interview.
Application Fee:
- General/OBC candidates must pay Rs. 1000/- as an application/ test fee (non-refundable).
- SC/ ST/ PH candidates, Ex-Servicemen, and Dependents of Freedom Fighters must pay Rs. 250/- as an application fee.
